The Ann and Roy Butler Hike-and-Bike Trail at Lady Bird Lake is a lush, urban path that meanders along the water’s edge, passing by a bustling downtown, peaceful neighborhoods, playing fields, and cultural landmarks. The 10-mile trail, located in the heart of Austin, welcomes nearly 5 million annual visitors and is the city’s most renowned and adored recreational attraction.
The Trail boasts countless outdoor recreational opportunities and provides access to a scenic, natural environment and a vibrant mix of people. Visitors can rent kayaks and paddleboards, view art and listen to music, or stroll the Trail on foot or on wheels. The Trail is open to all individuals and provides ADA-accessible entrances, rest areas, restrooms, and drinking fountains.
This callout should promote the interactive trail experience. We will update the icon to be VR-relevant soon. We will need to confirm the mobile VR ability first.
