Lace up your running shoes and prepare for an unforgettable night of fun, fitness, and margaritas, as Maudie’s Moonlight Margarita 5K Fun Run turns 21!
For over two decades, runners, joggers, walkers, and margarita lovers have converged in downtown Austin for a shotgun start and 5K course that travels along the streets bordering Lady Bird Lake and the Butler Trail before ending back at the park for the highly anticipated Tex-Mex party and margarita celebration.
This year’s run will be Wednesday, June 5, 2024 – aligning with Global Running Day, but don’t let that intimidate you. This worldwide celebration encourages people of all ages and abilities to get moving. So, join us, move a little, and then celebrate!
