To report commercial marketing and/or sales at the Trail, anyone can contact the Park Ranger office at (512) 978-2600 and there will be someone dispatching 7-days a week from 8 am-6 pm.

For before/after hours, there is voice mail and the Rangers can use those times to set up directed patrols if marketers are present outside of the daytime operating hours. That information is also useful to the Rangers in demonstrating a need for additional staff or changing their shift coverage in the future.

The City of Austin Graffiti Abatement program removes graffiti from private and public property anywhere in the City of Austin. Call 311 or download the 311 app to report graffiti.

Keep Austin Beautiful invites runners, walkers, cyclists, and all outdoor observers to submit an Austin Litter Report anytime they see significant trash in parks, creeks, and other public areas.

This report provides KAB with timely information on exactly where trash is, so they can match volunteers up with the locations to clean.

Contact 311 or with a description of the problem and a precise location.

Hi! I wanted to make a suggestion for any future signs or notices placed out on the trails regarding color coding. Recently my partner and I came across a notice with orange and dark orange being used to differentiate projects that the TTC is working on. My partner is colorblind and commented that he could barely see the difference between the colors and that if they weren’t right next to each other he wouldn’t be able to tell the difference. I think it would be great if the TTC considers our neighbors who may struggle with seeing the full spectrum of colors and look at using patterns in addition to color to help differentiate important information that may be shared along the trails in the future. Thank you!

Thank you so much for taking the time to send this feedback. We are currently working on with a consultant to develop a comprehensive signage plan for the entire Trail that would update all of our signage. I will share your comments with that team because we certainly want to accommodate all abilities on the Trail!
