Earth day clean-up & Jubilee

To celebrate Earth Day in Austin, The Trail Conservancy is hosting the Earth Day Community Clean-Up and Earth Day Jubilee. On Friday, volunteers can join us on land or on lake to pick up trash during the Earth Day Clean-Up, in partnership with Rowing Dock and EPIC Sup. On Saturday, we continue the celebration with our annual Earth Day Jubilee, featuring live music, eco-friendly activities, Austin treats and eats, community partners, and more. Both family-friendly events are free to attend.

Maudie's Moonlight Margarita Run

Started in 2004, the Maudie’s Moonlight Margarita run (MMMR) is The Trail Conservancy’s longest-running event. The evening begins with an 8:00pm shotgun start to a 5K course that takes you along the streets boarding Lady Bird Lake. The run is followed by a big party at the Finish Line, where every participant receives a margarita and Tex-Mex bites.

Twilight on the Trail

Twilight on the Trail is The Trail Conservancy’s biggest fundraiser of the year. A twist on the stuffy gala, attire is “Cocktail on top, Trail on bottom” as we join together celebrating the Butler Trail with food, drinks, and competitive live bidding.

The big day in the dirt

Our inaugural BIG Day in the Dirt will take place on Friday, November 15. This special Trail clean-up event offers an opportunity for corporations and employee affinity groups to give back to the community at the beginning of the season of gratitude. Festival season leaves the Trail littered with trash. To ensure the Trail is ready for our planting cycle, corporations come together to help the Trail clean and beautiful for everyone.
