Established as a memorial, this area east of MoPac near the Johnson Creek outflow was frequently flooded. We renovated the overlook with the help of a generous donor concerned with this special place. We improved the bulkhead and landscaped the area. It is now a lovely spot to watch rowers or ducks glide by.
