The COVID-19 pandemic has served as a reminder that the Butler Trail truly is the heart of Austin. With a daily average of 11,500 daily visitors in 2020, the Trail has become a lifeline for the mental and physical well-being of its users. Because of the success of the Yoga program, The Trail Conservancy has launched Flow + Thrive: free monthly wellness classes consisting of various fitness classes to serve fellow Austinites who desire fitness opportunities that build community as well as physical and mental strength. 

Now, more than ever, we recognize the importance and power in the community that is fostered by the Butler Trail, especially when it comes to group fitness. As the Trail Conservancy protects and cares for the Butler Trail itself, the Trail Foundation also strives to provide the same effort into the heart behind the trail– you.
