With a daily average of 11,500 daily visitors in 2020, the Trail has become a lifeline for the mental and physical well-being of its users. Because of the success of the Yoga program, The Trail Conservancy has launched Flow + Thrive: free monthly wellness classes consisting of various fitness classes to serve fellow Austinites who desire fitness opportunities that build community as well as physical and mental strength.
