The Development Committee supports all development and fundraising efforts of The Trail Conservancy. The committee is chaired by a TTC board member and managed by the Chief Development Officer. The board chair and a finance committee member also sit on the committee, as well as the executive director and other board and non-board members. This committee meets monthly.

The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee guides and holds The Trail Conservancy accountable for integrating diversity, equity, and inclusion into all aspects of work. A current board of directors member chairs the committee and comprises additional board, staff, and non-board members. Staff members of this committee meet monthly, and the larger advisory group meets at least four times yearly.

The Park Operations Committee is responsible for developing and implementing criteria by which projects are selected, identifying needs and opportunities, prioritizing projects, implementing and monitoring. The committee is chaired by a current board of directors member and comprised of additional board and non-board members. This committee meets six times a year, every other month.

The Finance Committee is responsible for providing financial oversight for the organization. The Treasurer, an officer of the board of directors, leads the committee. The committee is comprised of additional board, staff, and non-board members. This committee meets monthly.
The Marketing Committee is responsible for developing and implementing the annual marketing, communications, events, and programming plans for The Trail Conservancy. Committee members are instrumental in helping promote the Trail as both a community resource and a community responsibility that benefits social, economic, and environmental vitality. A board of directors member chairs the committee and comprises additional board and non-board members. This committee meets quarterly.
