1. To Enter: The Trail Conservancy’s Austin City Limits Music Festival Ticket Giveaway
begins October 3, 2022 at 12:01 p.m. and ends October 9, 2022 at 11:59 p.m. Each eligible entrant may submit one (1) Sweepstakes entry by “Liking” The Trail Conservancy Facebook or Instagram page, liking the ACL Festival Facebook or Instagram page, and then tagging a friend in the associated post comments (Entry).

2. Eligibility: Sweepstakes is open to anyone 18 years of age or older as of October 3, 2022 and a current resident of the state of Texas. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Employees of The Trail Conservancy, any promotional firm used in connection with this contest and their immediate families and households are not eligible to win.3. Prize: One grand prize will be given away. The Grand Prize will consist of two 3-day VIP passes to the 2022 Austin City Limits Music Festival Weekend 1 as well as a bundle of Trail Conservancy branded merchandise. Specifics of the prize are at the sole discretion of The Trail Conservancy. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the Grand Prize: $2,900.

4. Odds: Actual odds of winning depend upon the total number of entries received.5. Prize Restrictions: Prize is not transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent of prize permitted. Federal, state, and local taxes, and any expenses relating to the acceptance and use of the prize not specified are the responsibility of the winner.

6. Drawing: On October 10, 2022 a random drawing will be conducted from among all eligible entries received under the direction of The Trail Conservancy. The prizes will be awarded at that time and winner notified. See #7 (Prize Claims) for details. Need not be present to win.

7. Prize Claims: Winners will be notified through his/her Facebook page or his/her requested form of contact on Monday, October 10 2022. If the winner does not claim his/her grand prize by 12 p.m. on Wednesday, October 12, 2022, he/she forfeits rights to the prize and another winner will be selected. The winner will be able to pick up their wristbands at the ACL will-call locations on site at the Festival.

8. Additional Terms: By participating, entrants agree to: a.) the Official Rules and the decisions of The Trail Conservancy, which shall be final in all respects; and b.) release, discharge, and hold harmless The Trail Conservancy, their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, and employees, from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of their participation in the Sweepstakes and the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize. By accepting the prize, winner agrees to The Trail Conservancy’s and its designees’ use, where legal, of the winner’s name and/or likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without compensation and, upon request, will provide consent to such use in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability: The Trail Conservancy is not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any Sweepstakes-related materials; for stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible entries. The Trail Conservancy reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes as determined by The Trail Conservancy in its sole discretion.
