Thank you to everyone who participated in the community input meetings and online to discuss ideas and master plan concepts.

TTF has developed a prioritized program for improvements for the southeast shore of Lady Bird Lake in collaboration with the Austin Parks and Recreation Department (PARD) and all Trail stakeholders in conjunction with the completion of the Boardwalk project in June 2014. The improvements are consistent with TTF’s 2008 Vision Plan.  The set of potential improvements will include an order-of-magnitude budget estimate for each that will enable TTF and PARD to prioritize public and private funding in the future.

The master plan was completed under contract with McCann Adams Studio, a premier urban planning firm.
