Headlamps on The Trail

Content Image

runner-headlamp-blindingDid you know that there is a growing issue related to headlamps at the Trail at the pre-dawn and night hours?

There are some Trail users whose bright headlamps shine in the faces of oncoming Trail users. The headlamp users seem to be unaware that their lights are blinding the other Trail users. Some of the headlamp users properly and politely shine their lights down just a little ahead of their feet so they have no adverse effect. Some lights are more like train headlights and are negatively affecting the experience of others.

When using the Trail in the early morning or early evening hours, please think about the other people who are using the Trail.
