The Seaholm Waterfront is an iconic Art Deco design that was once the pump house for the Seaholm Power Plant. Seaholm operated as a power plant until 1989. In 1996, Austin City Council authorized the decommissioning of the plant and all the associated buildings, in preparation for future adaptive re-use.
The City of Austin Parks and Recreation Department recently completed Phase I of the project making the building safe to enter for the first time since its decommissioning. Now, TTF is poised to begin fundraising for Phase II of the project to bring the building to life.
Join us for a private tour of this iconic building to learn more about the vision and goals for Phase II of the project.
