It’s been a GOOD year for the Ann and Roy Butler Hike-and-Bike Trail! And if you were a volunteer, member, or donor, YOU helped make these things happen for the Heart of Austin:

This year, with the help of more than 475 volunteers, The Trail Foundation planted 800 saplings, planted 81 trees, pulled 3,620 lbs of trash out of Lady Bird Lake, treated 3 miles of invasive grapevine, beautified and maintained 26 adopted gardens, celebrated the monumental Boardwalk grand opening AND 10th anniversary Maudie’s Moonlight Margarita Run!

All the while, we started construction of another new restroom, began building bridges, took our conservation efforts to a new level with the start of the Trail Wide Conservation Plan, AND continued the ecological restoration of Blunn Creek!
